1. Seller

Sales through gelolisboa.pt are made by Iceology, Unipessoal Lda, NIPC 517916002, Travessa dos Fiéis de Deus 73/75, 1200-187 Lisboa.

2. Orders

Sending a request through the site is not a binding order. An order is accepted once we confirm it in writing (email or WhatsApp) with price, date and delivery time.

3. Prices

Prices are given in the confirmation and include VAT at the legal rate unless stated otherwise for business customers. Delivery is charged separately.

4. Delivery

Ice is delivered in sealed bags to the address given. The customer must ensure access and someone to receive it. Once delivered, storing the ice is the customer's responsibility.

5. Sculptures

Sculptures are made to order after a quote is accepted, with at least 10 days' notice. Payment and cancellation terms are set out in the quote.

6. Right of withdrawal

As the goods are perishable and, for sculptures, made to the customer's specifications, the right of withdrawal under Decree-Law 24/2014 (art. 17) does not apply.

7. Complaints and disputes

You can file a complaint in the Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico or by email to [email protected]. For consumer disputes you may use the Lisbon Consumer Arbitration Centre (centroarbitragemlisboa.pt). More at consumidor.gov.pt.
