What is the minimum order in Lisbon?
It depends on the area and the ice type. Send us the address and what you need, and we'll confirm the minimum and the delivery fee straight away.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes. Every delivery is invoiced by Iceology, Unipessoal Lda, with Portuguese VAT, to your company's NIF or to you as a private customer.
Is the ice safe to put in drinks?
Yes — it's food-grade ice made from treated water and sealed in polythene bags right after production.
How should I store it?
In a chest freezer at −18 °C. Put crushed ice into the bucket or display shortly before service, as it tends to clump when refrozen.
Do you make ice sculptures?
