We deliver across the city: Baixa, Chiado, Bairro Alto, Cais do Sodré, Alfama, Graça, Príncipe Real, Campo de Ourique, Avenidas Novas, Alcântara, Belém, Marvila and Parque das Nações. On tricky streets in the old town we agree the nearest drop-off point.
Cascais & Estoril

Times, minimums and cost
- Delivery time: agreed when we confirm your order. Regular customers get fixed days.
- Minimum order and delivery fee: depend on area and volume; we give you both before confirming.
- Urgent orders: message us on WhatsApp — if a van and stock are free, we'll do our best.
How the ice arrives
In sealed food-grade polythene bags, transported cold so it stays hard and keeps its shape. For events, we unload wherever you tell us — bar, kitchen or service area.
