Oeiras is fifteen minutes from Lisbon along the Marginal and one of the busiest areas for ice: Carcavelos beach fills with surfers and families from May to October, the offices at Taguspark and Lagoas Park hold company events, and Paço de Arcos and Algés have restaurants that are packed at weekends.
