2. What we collect

Only what you send us via the form, email, phone or WhatsApp: name, phone, email, delivery address or venue, date and the content of your message.

3. Why we use it

  • to answer your request and prepare quotes (pre-contractual steps);
  • to fulfil and deliver your order (performance of a contract);
  • to issue invoices and meet tax obligations (legal obligation).

We don't use your data for advertising and never sell it.

4. Processors

The site relies on: FormSubmit (sending form submissions by email), Google (the mailbox that receives requests), Cloudflare (content delivery and email forwarding) and the provider of the server that hosts the site. Some of these may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards set by the GDPR.

5. Retention

Requests that don't lead to an order are deleted after 12 months. Invoicing data is kept for the period required by tax law.

6. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to [email protected]. You may also complain to Portugal's data protection authority, CNPD (cnpd.pt).
